The smell will go away over time.

If you don’t have the time to spare, go to some local car detailing shops and ask what they charge to clean and if they can guaranty to get rid of the smell.

You can always try and drowned the smell out with another, buy some car air fresheners.

In my opinion I would try a steam cleaner that has an uphoulstry attachment and steam clean the seat, top and bottom including the foam. Cleaner and hot water with a steam cleaner should do the trick by ridding it of the milk and mold, and the heat will kill the odor causing bacteria.
References :
Take your car to a specialist who deals in cleaning and detailing cars. A really good detailer can get that smell and mold out of your car.
