Stretching after training

The concept of stretching after training has been discussed for many years and a lot of people often wonder whether the best thing really is to stretch. There have been no evidence that strecthing will actually help your muscles grow faster or remove the pain you usually feel the next day.
However a lot of people feel that they can feel the difference when they stretch compared to when they dont stretch and therefore they always strecth after a nice and muscle building work out. You should really try it out and if you feel it helps you should start stretching.
