Does polyurethane foam used in pillows result in any cancerous instances?

We just bought some 100% polyurethane pillows and were wondering if they were going to affect our health.

First of all, no one knows what causes cancer. Second, if there was proof this did cause cancer do you really think it would be sold on the open market?
