Antioxidants

You may know that antioxidants are important to your health. What you may not know is what foods carry the antioxidants that you need. Some common foods that contain antioxidants are strawberries, red kidney beans, plums, russet potatoes, and Gala apples just to name a few. Not only do these foods carry antioxidants but several vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Next time you reach for that afternoon snack try a cup of strawberries instead of a bag of chips. Along with the recommended foods don’t forget your daily vitamin and six to eight glasses of water every day! You will be on your way to a healthy lifestyle.
