Can you make foam without a mixer/whatever you make foam with?

How do you make a foam anyway?

I’m assuming that you mean the foam on hot drinks? You can use an immersion blender and make foam by plunging it into a small amount of milk in a tall container.

you dont make foam, you make products foamy, such as egg whites, you use a beater or mixer to foam it up into merinque.

To make meringue (pronounced mer-ANG), use the following:

    5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/4 teaspoon salt, scant
    9 tablespoons granulated sugar
    1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Place salt and lemon juice in bowl and beat egg whites until stiff, but not separating. While beating, gradually add sugar.
