I&#039;ve pulled up carpet that&#039;s only a couple of years old and found the foam stuff stuck to the floor boards. Very messy!
I agree with your first respondent. Research, plan your budget and go for the best you can afford. 
It also depends on your carpet - if it&#039;s an Axeminster, then it&#039;s obvious you don&#039;t go for foam. But if it&#039;s a dirt cheap carpet, then you don&#039;t want to spend more on the underlay, do you?&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
