What type of foam is used in the Dell packaging?

I need to know what it is for my cousin.

Any foam peanuts or sheet they use in computer packaging will be an ESD safe foam. ESD is ElectroStatic Discharge. Normal packing peanuts give off a huge staic charge. ESD safe peanuts are made to not give off that electrical charge. They will normally be pink or blue.

It’s been a while since my computer was new, but styrofoam is still used in most packaging of electronics as far as I know.
