		<description>As rebel g said, you could have bulged or ruptured discs in your back as I do. You should really go to a doctor before it gets worse.  My back specialist said for someone with back problems it is best to sleep on a firm mattress.  He suggested to me that I put a sheet of ply-wood in between my mattress and box springs.  Since I got a firmer mattress and put the wood under it I sleep better and don&#039;t hurt half as much as I did, especially in the mornings.
