Change the sheets to start. Memory Foam can make for a very hot bed so don't use a sheet that's really heavy or any blankets that are heavy either cause you'll sweat even more. Try using Febreeze antimicrobial. It kills the odor causing bacteria and refreshes the area. Let it dry completely before putting freshly washed sheets on. Also in your sheets use a good fabric softener, bleach them if possible and wash them on hot.
