How do I cut craft foam?

I need to mass produce little custom pieces of thin (1/4") foam rubber sheets. Please someone tell me what kind of a machine I need?

you can use an ellison press, a sizzix machine or try your luck with an xacto :) good luck!!!

    Cheapest way is to use an electric carving knife like you use to carve a turkey.
