I get in my production process rests of polyetylene foam, about 10 mm thick, dimensions from 50X50 mm up to 1×1 m.
the idea is to find a way to cut it and to glue the stuff together in an insulating layer, with thickness about 5 to 15 cm, that could be used as insulation in building (walls and roofs)
you can search the internet for "recycling plastic materials" in your area, there are many manufacturers who colect (they pay for this kind of waste) PE, PP, PS, ABS or PET and made granules from it, selling them after for more, as raw material.
how can I recicle 1000 kg of polietylene foam sheets , waste(Rests from cutting)?

i work with this, but in other part of the world.
after you find a source it may be necessary to shred it first. that is the best way to low heat reform it.
