Hi!

You can find standard US mattress sizes here:
http://www.myluxurymattress.com/mattress-sizes.html

Notice that mattress sizes can vary 1-2". Also, many cheap mattress toppers sold locally in stores are often cut 3-5 inches too short and to narrow.

If you cut the king down the middle, along the length of the memory foam mattress topper, the 2 resulting pieces will be 38" x 80". These 2 pieces would be perfect for a twin XL mattress. To make them fit a twin mattress, cut another 5" off the length. A twin mattress is 38" x 75".

Memory foam is very easy to cut. You can do it with scissors or a sharp knife. But it's hard to do it well (straight and pretty). I've cut many pieces of memory foam down with both a knife and scissors.

I sell foam toppers in my online store:
http://www.myluxurymattress.com/mattress-toppers.html

In the past I've tested memory foam toppers from many different suppliers. Some I liked, some I didn't, and some I thought were just ok. Well friends and family have heard about the little stash I've collected here in my warehouse, with nothing to do with it, so they gladly take it off my hands.

But some the king / queen pieces were cut down to twin or full toppers for my friends guest or kids rooms. Use a measuring tape to find where to make the cuts, mark a line with a pencil, and then try to cut as straight as you can. The piece of foam looks a little jagged, but when you put it on the bed, and put a fitted sheet over the top of it, it looks fine. You can put the cut edge toward a wall and you will never notice it.

Happy cutting : )
References :
No it won't work. We had this issue last week. It will be too small for the beds. When we did it, we got to twins for our king bed... hahaha. It stuck out about 8 inches (4 on each side) you would be way better off just buying two seperate ones. Besides if you try to cut them, it won't be easy, might be crooked, and more than likely won't last as long.
References :
Hey, sweetheart be sure you get the measurements of the memory foam . k-bed is 39 +39= 78. However the memory foam is only 74 to 76 inches wide and long . It veries. If you sleep in the middle of the beds its fine but if you sleep on the edge as many people do it is not comfortable . voice of experience. also the length is very short so where do you want the lump 6-8 inches on the top or bottom cause you will notice where it stops and begins..have fun. lay it flat ; felt marker straight line ,measure often, where you want to cut . use electric knife!!!!!
References :
how much are the twin toppers. You wont get a very nice cut as foam is tricky. I think you would be more satisfied if you bought the twin toppers and had a smooth edge.
